Zuidam Distillers is a family owned and run distillery. All recipes are developed by father and son duo Fred and Patrick van Zuidam in Holland. This Genever/Jenevers gin is made with a combination of the finest malted barley, rye and corn. Mash is triple distilled after a week of fermentation. This is a small batch gin, flavoured with a range of botanicals including vanilla, liquorice, corriander, oranges and lemons.
