Ruinnart Blanc de Blancs is one of the finest Chardonnay cuveés on the market. Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the Champagne region in the city of Reims, the house is today owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA.Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, exclusively producing champagne since 1729. 

Tasting notes:
On the palate, there is subtle fresh fruit with a hint of citrus and minerality. This freshness is complimented with a richness of hazelnut and brioche notes, Striking luminosity is enhanced by the clear glass bottle, a replica from the 18th Century, a deliberately seducing champagne.

Serving suggestion:
Pairs well with fish, seafood and mild creamy cheeses such as brie.
