The Byzantium range highlights the style of the Halewood vineyards located in the most famous wine regions of the country, in this case the Dobrogea Hills. The Semillon (55%) and Tamâioosa Româniaeas (45%) varieties complement each other excellently, outlining an expressive and sophisticated white wine, which captivates from the first tasting. The grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested at full maturity, after which they are scraped and crushed easily in the pneumatic press. The must is subjected to controlled fermentation at a temperature of 14 ° C for 18 days in vertical stainless steel tanks. Aging is done in glass. The assortment can be served as an aperitif, at an ideal temperature of 8-10 ° C, but it can also be associated with seafood, fish and light preparations based on white meat.
