Please be aware that due to the current climate and the amount of orders we have received in the past week, we are experiencing delays with sending them out, we are still accepting orders and have stock but it may take a little longer than expected to receive your parcel.
Please be assured that we are working as efficiently as possible to get the orders out to everybody as quickly as possible, we also would hope that you would receive your orders within 5 working days of placing, although we cannot guarantee this.
Once your order is ready for collection a consignment number will be sent to you so you can track the parcel.

DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY
Delivery charges as follows:
2-5 working day delivery via UK Mail = £4.99, this is for orders under 10kg
2-5 working day delivery via UK Mail = £9.95, this is for orders over 10kg
Your basket will show if your purchases go over 10kg and will amend the cost accordingly.
Important information when opening your parcel
Please take extra care when opening your parcel as the bottles are packed in air bags that hold the contents tight and safe while in transit. We recommend that the bag be pierced or cut so it is easier to take the bottle out of the bag. We will not be held responsible for damages that occur if this is not carried out.
When your order is packed and ready for collection by the courier you will receive a notification via email with instructions for tracking your parcel.
We accept the following major payment cards only; Visa and Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google pay and Android pay.
Payment will, be debited from your account upon receipt of your order.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to process your order and you will be advised that the transaction cannot be processed.
Product orders will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of payment and will be sent to the shipping address provided.
If an order is not received within 7 working days, then please contact us using the contact form on home or at: firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number.
