Capitoul les Terrasses Sauvignon Blanc, Languedoc Roussillon, France, 2016/18

Domaines Bonfils is a family business that has been growing grapes since 1870. Now in the 6th generation, the business comprises 19 Domaines and Chateaux, 17 of which are in the Languedoc with 1800 hectares of vineyards, making them one of the largest independent grape-grower/wine producers in France.
