Lagarde is one of the oldest and most traditional wineries in Mendoza. 3rd generation family member, Sofia Pescarmona runs the winery aided by renowned wine maker Juan Roby. Every year Enrique Pescarmona carefully selects the best cuvees of the harvest and decides whether to release an exceptional blend, this wine is lovingly named ’Henry’ a nickname given to Enrique by his wife Lucy.

Tasting Notes:
Iconic wine of the winery. Aromas of jam, leather, chocolate and spices. Well balanced on the palate, delicious, harmonious and complex with structure and mature tannins and a long, lingering finish.

Serving Suggestion:
Ideal pairing to red meat such as roasted beef tenderloin or lamb dishes, rich stews and pasta with mushroom sauce.
